There is a drop off area and three disabled parking bays in Worcester Street, just outside the entrance to the Tourism Centre.
Buses pass very frequently, serving the City Centre and surrounding districts. Birmingham New Street Railway Station is visible from the Tourism Centre.
The entrance to the Tourism Centre is accessed via a power assisted automatic door, operated by a push button at an accessible height. The opening hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm. Tuesday 10:00am to 5:30pm and Sunday 10:30am to 4:30pm.
There are six reception desks. All desks have the same facilities, giving visitor information, booking accommodation, tickets and travel. Each service desk has a pivoting computer screen to enable staff to help customers with visitor information. There is an induction loop available at the accessible service desk.

There are three information points with touch screen, all giving access to key visitor info websites, including www.visitbirmingham.com.
There is a wide selection of leaflets and brochures detailing Birmingham and the region.
You can also pop into our Welcome Centre at the junction of New Street and Corporation Street. You'll get a friendly smile as well as all the information, directions and answers you need.
The souvenir area, service desks and leaflet section are all contained within an open plan shop.
