There are bus stops on both sides of Broad Street, which is on the right as you exit The ICC. Birmingham New Street station is approximately half a mile from Centenary Square and is well signposted.
Car Park and Drop Off on Broad Street
There is a drop off point available on Broad Street by Centenary Square. For Blue Badge holders, parking can be arranged by calling in advance to the event organisers who will advise you of where to park.
Access at Entrance
There are two main entrances to The ICC, both give level access to all areas. The doors are automatic and there are staff available inside to assist and direct you on.
The Business Centre/Reception is on the right as you come from the Centenary Square Entrance. It is open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, The staff here will deal with all enquiries regarding access and assist visitors to find the correct hall. The Business Centre/Reception area offers internet access and has an induction loop fitted.
The Symphony Hall is housed within The ICC and can be found to the left as you enter from Centenary Square.
Hall 1 is an example of a hall with raked seating all facing forward towards the stage. There are spaces available in the middle aisle for wheelchair users and induction loops can be fitted if requested in advance. Before and during any event there will be staff available to assist and direct you to your seat. There are other halls of a similar type at The ICC, all are accessible and well signed.
Hall 4 is an example of a flexible conference hall. It can be set up to cater for many kinds of event. There is level access throughout the hall including the toilet areas. There are several halls of this type at The ICC. All halls are well signed and have step free access. Before and during any event staff are available to assist and direct you to your seats.
Access to all areas
All levels of The ICC and all halls can be reached via a step free route using ramps and lifts. The main public lift is situated in the mall near the Brindleyplace Entrance. There are others available should this one be out of order. During events there will be staff available to direct you to your hall and seat.
There are accessible toilet facilities on all floor levels at The ICC, in the public areas there are groups of male, female and accessible toilets spaced along the length of the main lobbies. All the Halls have toilets very close to the entry points. Customers with special requirements should phone in advance and can be seated close to the toilets if requested.
