Car Park and Drop Off
There is parking and drop off available around St Pauls Square. Parking is free for disabled badge holders at all times and for general parking after 6pm.
There is a dropped kerb located at the side vehicle access point next to the JamHouse within 12 metres of the entrance.
The local Travelodge is approximately 100 metres along St Pauls Street and many visitors to the venue use the Travelodge as a base.
The closest bus stops are located of the top of Ludgate Hill approximately 200 metres from JamHouse. Continuing along Colmore Row is the heart of the City Centre and Birmingham Snow Hill Station. There is also a Bus (101) that goes up Newhall Street.
Access at Entrance
The building is accessed via double doors with one small step up directly from the pavement. Door staff are generally on hand to assist.
Portable chip and pin machines are provided at all Bars and in the Restaurant so that payment can be made whilst seated.
Accessible toilet facilities are provided on the ground floor and in the restaurant area on the second floor.
The venue is a Music and Dining establishment in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham. Live music is a speciality with many top acts appearing. JamHouse is also available for private functions.
The formal dining area is on the second floor and can be accessed by a stair lift. A range of cuisine is available with a varied menu.
Access to all areas
A stair lift is provided to the upper floors. It should be noted that visitors must be able to transfer from their own mobility aid onto the chair lift. There is no means of conveying wheelchairs onto the upper floors although staff will assist in carrying smaller fold up type chairs whenever possible.
The upper floors can be accessed by 3 separate stair flights located at both sides and centrally within the building. A small section of the second floor restaurant is also up on a split level which is also accessed by 4 stairs. Visitors with mobility requirements are advised to discuss individual needs with staff prior to arrival.
